Dr. Bowers accepted the Community Health Award from Callen Lorde alongside Jenna Wortham and Karen Sauvigné last week. Thank you to everyone in Callen Lorde and who attended the event to support their mission. It was wonderful to be surrounded by so many people who do such incredible work for the LGBTQIA+ community. Also, thank you to Dr. David Reich, the President of Mount Sinai, for his generous words when presenting the award and endless support throughout their time working together.
